To ensure the highest quality, some items are produced with top-tier US partners and may ship separately—always with fast, tracked delivery to your door.

How long will it take to get my order?

Because we use FedEx, your special moments arrive fast!

• Processing Time: 1-3 business days (we want to make sure your gift is perfect).

• Shipping Time: Usually 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Do I get a tracking number?

Absolutely. The moment FedEx picks up your package, a tracking link will be sent to your inbox so you can follow your gift’s journey from CT to your door.

How are the items packaged?
